I've watched a few of her videos before and can't say I was that impressed. Of course she looks fantastic, but her form on some of the exercises is questionable. She also has coeliac disease, so her diet advice is also questionable for most normal people. ![]() She was vilifies gluten and a lot of carbs (even things like rice) in her earlier videos, but pasta, bread etc aren't actually bad for you unless you have an intolerance. It's great she eats a lot of fruit and veg, but her diet advice will probably be very personal to her circumstances. ![]() ![]() And, can I just say - all these guides by people like Meggan Fit Music, GraceFitUK, Sarahs Day etc. None of them are trained PTs or nutritionists (it takes a minimum of a 3 year full time degree to train in nutrition), you'd be better off saving up and spending your money on actual specialists than insta girls. A good PT and a good nutritionist will help you come up with something tailored to you personally rather than a very basic one size fits all guide. I bought it on the release date mostly to support her channel, but if I had seen a preview of the workouts I certainly wouldn't have spend my money on it. You can find everything about her routine in this video and all the workouts are very similar to this one. There isn't much apart from that in the ebook, it's almost a hundred pages long but it's filled with pictures and the font size is gigantic. I find her lovely and her videos really funny and relatable, but I would't advise spending $50 on a training guide for begginers with so few workouts. I mean, she looks great but this is not her 'real' routine, you can see her doing much more difficult exercises in her vlogs, that's what I was expecting in the ebbok. The interplay between Sarah and her 'love' was sweet throughout. My name is Sarah, and that's about it. Author: kissed61 from Canada 15 July 2009.
